Founded in 2003 by Joaquim Dias Cardoso following the sale of his majority stake in the Maconde Group in Portugal, SDV Partners has been a trusted partner of the Jerónimo Martins Group in the non-food sector since its inception.

In 2006, leadership was successfully transitioned to Carla Cardoso, daughter of the founder, who currently serves as Chairwoman of the Group. With a dedicated team of around 50 employees across four companies located in Portugal, Poland, China, and Bangladesh, SDV Partners is committed to delivering exceptional service.
